According to the Executive Vice President of the Society of Obstetrics and Gynecology in Canada, apparently 9 out of 10 babies with Downs Syndrome being murdered before birth isn't enough.
And according to him, if more are allowed to be born, it will be Sarah Palin's fault.
God help us.
