We don't feed the trolls

Been getting some comments lately from what I'll call a "typical liberal", that is, a left-wing nut case who leaves the same comments under two IDs. (OMG, I've been "seminar called"!) It comes as no suprise to me that these upstanding folks act completely anonymously and don't have the courage to stand behind their words. So, I'm not posting those comments for that reason, and also because frankly, they're vile.

I will, for example, never accept a comment which denigrates the memory of our fighting men and women of the Armed Forces. Never.

Then there's this tidbit, from a brave soul known only anonymously as "BarackStar":
Obama is training people to vote, it's simple vote Democrat, straight
ticket, no Al Gore moments for the blue hair jews in FLA, or the illiterate
illegal non citizens McCain has let into this country.

Disgusting.

I don't care if you disagree ("I may not agree with what you say, but I will defend to the the death your right to say it"), but with free speech comes responsibility to stand behind one's words.

  1. Hey "RepubliTroll", what part of "identifiable" don't you understand? No visible profile, highly unlikely to receive comment approval.

The excercise of any right comes with responsibility. You must actually be a liberal, otherwise you'd understand the concept. The right to keep and bear arms comes with a huge responsibility for example. However, I'm sure that since you don't think we should have 2nd Amendment rights, you don't see the need for that particular sense of responsibility.

You should probably also learn what "censorship" is. Private citizens who govern the content of their own productions (to include the MSM's left-wing bent) isn't censorship. It's only the government who can "censor" speech.

When The New York Times rejected an op-ed by Senator McCain after publishing one by Barack Obama that wasn't censorship, just a biased editorial policy.

Unfortunately, our republic has deteriorated to the point that real censorship (e.g. McCain/Feingold) is not only accepted, it's promoted by both sides of the aisle.

I'd suggest checking your grammar too. I'm glad you didn't though, because I'm reasonably certain you're also known as "BarackStar"...
